Frequently asked questions.

Quick answers for practices, providers, administrators, and patients using Meduvo-supported collaborative care workflows.

What is Meduvo Health? +

Meduvo is a collaborative care operations platform for clinics running screening, registry review, care-team handoff, psychiatric consultation, documentation, outcomes, and billing-readiness workflows.

Who uses Meduvo? +

The platform supports PCPs, BHCMs, psychiatrists, clinic administrators, and patients participating in approved clinic workflows.

Can a practice start using Meduvo immediately after registration? +

No. A practice is created in pending review first. A Meduvo SuperAdmin must verify compliance requirements, including BAA and eSign readiness, before PHI access is opened.

Does Meduvo replace clinical judgment? +

No. Meduvo supports care coordination and operational documentation, but clinics and licensed professionals remain responsible for diagnosis, treatment, safety planning, consent, and follow-up.

How are patients invited or screened? +

Authorized clinic users can register patients, assign assessments, launch kiosk sessions, or guide patients through supported app and web workflows depending on the clinic setup.

Does Meduvo support Collaborative Care billing? +

Meduvo tracks consent state, time logs, documentation gaps, outcomes, and claim readiness indicators. Clinics remain responsible for billing decisions and payer-specific requirements.

Can patients contact Meduvo for medical advice? +

No. Patients should contact their clinic or care team for medical questions. For urgent safety concerns, patients should use local emergency or crisis resources.

How do we get support? +

New practices can submit the intake form. Existing users can sign in to the secure portal, and privacy or security questions can be sent through the contact page.
