This policy explains how Meduvo Health collects, uses, protects, and shares information through its public website and collaborative care platform. Clinic customers remain responsible for their own HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and patient-facing compliance documents.
We may collect practice registration details, contact information, account credentials, role assignments, device and session data, audit events, support requests, and operational records created while clinics use Meduvo workflows.
When Meduvo is used by a clinic, the platform may process protected health information for care coordination, screening, handoff, psychiatric review, documentation, billing readiness, and related healthcare operations. Meduvo is designed to support covered entities and business-associate workflows, but each clinic must confirm its own legal, HIPAA, state-law, and consent obligations.
We use information to operate the platform, authenticate users, route care-team workflows, generate audit records, support practice onboarding, improve reliability, respond to support and security requests, and meet contractual or legal obligations.
Meduvo uses access controls, role-based authorization, audit logging, encrypted sensitive fields, tenant isolation, secure session handling, and operational controls intended to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability. No system can guarantee absolute security, so clinics should also maintain strong device, network, staffing, and incident-response practices.
We share information only as needed to provide the service, support authorized clinic workflows, comply with contracts or law, work with vetted service providers, protect safety and security, or follow clinic instructions. We do not sell patient health information.
Meduvo may use cookies or similar technologies for login sessions, security protections, preferences, and basic site operation. Disabling required cookies can prevent secure areas of the platform from working.
Records are retained according to clinic instructions, contractual requirements, legal duties, and operational needs. Patients should contact their clinic to exercise healthcare privacy rights. Clinic administrators can contact Meduvo for account, support, security, or data-processing questions.
