These terms apply to access and use of the Meduvo public website and platform. Additional customer agreements, BAAs, order forms, data-processing terms, or clinic policies may apply to production use.
Meduvo is intended for authorized clinics, providers, care-team members, administrators, and patients participating in supported care workflows. Users must provide accurate information and use the platform only for lawful, authorized purposes.
Meduvo supports care coordination and operational workflows. It does not replace professional medical judgment, emergency services, patient-provider communication, or clinic responsibility for diagnosis, treatment, consent, documentation, and follow-up.
Public website pages, practice intake, and general support channels must not be used for emergencies. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate crisis response resource.
Users are responsible for protecting credentials, using assigned accounts only, reporting suspected unauthorized access, and following clinic security policies. Administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and promptly removing access when it is no longer needed.
Clinics are responsible for verifying BAA execution, eSign compliance, patient consent, notices, state-law requirements, billing rules, and internal policies before using Meduvo with protected health information.
Users may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, upload malicious content, scrape restricted information, or use Meduvo to violate law, contractual duties, patient privacy, or clinic policy.
Meduvo may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, customer agreements, or product development. Material terms may be revised from time to time and posted on this page.
